Edit: The techs couldn't repair my laptop, which isn't an issue. But when I finally picked up my inoperable laptop and opened it up, I saw the HDD and RAM were missing. The laptop itself was worthless by this point because since the mobo was likely toast, but the harvesting of parts is theft and shoppers should be aware.

The staff is knowledgeable and if they have you in the system, they can look up your past purchases. That saved me the headache of going home to check what type of docking station I had.

The staff is very knowledgable, professional, fair prices, and they were quick to replace the battery and fan on my 2012 Macbook pro (did it in about two days!).

Direct computer outlet is by far the BEST shop I've ever dealt with for my computer repair and electronic purchasing needs. They were efficient, very knowledgeable and skilled in fixing any computer problem I presented them with, they were very reasonably priced, they were kind, friendly, and very informative. I HIGHLY recommend this store for both repair and purchase of electronics !!!!
