Horrible service! Came in with my family to look at updating our phones. Associate stayed at the desk and spoke to us there while we looked around. Another customer came in to look at phones to switch over to Metro. She seemed more accommodating to them than us. I suppose new customers are more important to them than an existing customer. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this store. I've came in when an associate was giving her relative a free phone for being an existing customer! Then tried to charge me $150 for the same phone she just gave away. Just unprofessional as can be. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store any longer. The owner really needs to retrain or hire different people. Cause the ones that have been there every time I go in are horrible!!

Maria helped us get two new lines of service and two free phones tonight. She was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, everything about our experience was great! I didnt get the other salesperson name but she was helpful too. We chose Metro PCS after we had just checked out Tmobile down the street. In contrast, the Tmobile guys rambled and had trouble explaining their confusing complicated plans. We would have had to spend $600 + to get what we wanted there and we walked away with a better deal from Metro and only spent $150.
