Dr narla is awesome! I feel like she actually cares about her patients and genuinely hears what you are saying instead of trying to rush you out the door with a prescription. Honestly, she is amazing. I am so glad she's in my network. I'll continue to go to her as long as I possibly can.

I drive 2.5 hours to see this wonderful physician. She has been my doctor for four years. She is competent, caring, intelligent and genuinely helpful. KU MED is top-notch medical care and this Westwood office is beautiful and very well run by a helpful and kind staff. Conveniently, they have their own lab and radiology on site. Dr. Narla’s nurses and physicians’ assistants are equally as wonderful and they respond to their messages quickly. Also, I’ve had to speak with her partners who were on call a couple of times, and they were just as helpful and competent. If you will drive to KC for entertainment, you should consider coming here for your medical. My family is so thankful for Dr. Narla and KU MED. She is a kind, intelligent physician who takes the time to listen, explain and thoroughly treat her patients.

Extremely disappointed at the neglect and communication let alone how she does not listen to her patient. My mother has to be seen multiple times before Dr. Narla listens. My mother is in excruciating pain saying that there is something defiantly wrong and Dr. Narla doesn't listen at all but tells her not to go to the emergency room due to Covid-19 but also wont order my mother a X-ray. So i will be taking my mother to the emergency room today to get to the bottom of this and if there is something seriously wrong Dr. Narla will hear about!!!

Dr. Narla and her staff are wonderful! She takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. The staff is always friendly and wait times are usually very minimal. We really appreciate the care we receive here.

She's great! I was nervous about a procedure once, and she took the time to explain everything and answer questions even though I know I was putting her behind schedule. Very genuine and takes my health concerns seriously. I just love her nurse! Very knowledgeable, calls you back promptly, and genuinely cares. Excellent care!
