I’ve been here since 9:15am for lab work and have an appointment at 10:20am with Dr. Kasi and 11am with Dr. Kasspooles. After we were done with the appointment with Dr Kasi. We was told to wait for Dr Kasspooles and that he was running behind so we’ve been waiting for an hour and 30min before they put us in the patient room. After moving us in the room the waiting game begin. After 2 hours of waiting I went and ask the nurse for how much longer and one of the nurse responded saying “the doctor just went into that room and you guys are next.” I told her we’ve been waiting for 2 hours and all she said was “I know I know.” After speaking up about waiting nicely they sent in a PA just to ask questions then she left and said we’ll have to wait for Dr Kasspooles. The doctor stop by for 20s just to tell us that he’s waiting on the gi endoscopy phone call when they could of told us that since the beginning. It’s been over 2 hours and now it’s about to be 3 hours of waiting. I’ve been here from 9am til 1:30pm still waiting. I don’t understand why do we have an appointment at 11am just to make us wait for almost 3 hours. This is ridiculous how unprepared they are and to make the interpreter and us wait for so long. We don’t have all day to be waiting around and wasting our time sitting there not knowing. I feel like everyone that was here after us got in and out faster then us. How is that even possible. It’s frustrating and annoying to just waste our whole day in one room. We’re all tired and hungry. This is making me soo irritated. The worst experience ever for our first time here.

They are extremely cautious with covid-19. Regardless of where your appointment is, from the elevator you must go to the second floor for a temperature check and health questions. Then you're tagged and then able to go on to your appointment

My new patient checkin to have a mammogram/sonogram and to meet with the Nurse Practitioner along with the long wait time was a NIGHTMARE. It appeared one hand did not know what the other hand was doing as well as staff who were not properly trained/prepped to receive patients and assistants using the excuse that they were understaffed. Management issue??nHad it not been for the highly trained sonogram technician and the radiologist who determined quickly that I was in no danger of breast cancer I would still be there waiting for a mammogram I fear. I would recommend that you ask ALOT of questions when setting up the appointment about how it all works since some of the people who actually work there seem to not have a clue themselves.
