Very good customer service is always given at Nielsen’s. They know their appliances and can answer any questions you have. They have very good prices and will beat or match much larger appliance retailers. Delivery is very thorough and always friendly. We’ve bought many many appliances from them and always have a good experience. Mattresses are also sold there.

They had exactly what we needed and at a good price, the owner of the store was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend for sure. Appliance we picked up was a 5 sq ft chest freezer. Thanks again!

I love this place, I would recommend them to anyone looking for very affordable, great condition appliances.nnThe staff was great, and very friendly, joked with me and helped me find what I was looking for, at a price that way better than I thought. I was expecting to pay at least twice what I paid here.nnI would shop here again for sure.

Was at the laundromat. Filthy. Bathroom disgusting. Only positive is the industrial size dryer that I need to dry my quilt.
