Exceptionally clean, warm, friendly staff. I would recommend to families, couples or anyone travelling for business. Near to Walmart and restaurants and fuel. The only issue was a perfumed smell from the sheets and blankets, but have requested they reconsider this for folks with asthma like myself. This may not be an issue for others.
Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hays, Kansas was fantastic!! The room was clean,....sleeping area and restroom too.nOur breakfast was very tasty, and plenty of food to choose from....(my complements to the chef).nThe lady at the front desk was very pleasant and kind as we checked out. If your looking for a clean, safe place to stay, I strongly recommend here.
Comfortable and peaceful night sleep
Room was spacious and clean. I still sanitized every surface. Hot breakfast was available, eggs, sausages, gravy and biscuits. They also had grab and go available with a good select of items. Gloves were provided along with hand sanitizer. I only saw one person using the gloves. The hand sanitizer stations were placed throughout the floor and at stairwells but they were empty.
Clean lobby and rooms, good breakfast. Very friendly staff. The only problem was the elevator and ice area in the first floor smelled like cigarettes.
