Large wedding party unmasked in lobby. Staff doesn't seem to care. Unbelievable.nWill not be back.
By far the worst Hampton Inn I've ever been at in my life!!! Right next to the freeway with trucks and motorcycles going by constantly, and the hotel soundproofing is a joke! Tried very politely requesting a different room from the clerk Tim, but he totally and completely behaved like a robot and gave no kind of service whatsoever. I then asked for a refund, but he said no also. I asked to speak to a manager, but the response was she won't be in until 9 AM. It was such a horrible encounter that I called another hotel, the Quality Inn, got a room reservation, left the Hampton Inn, gave up my $115, paid $75 more, and departed the hotel! Don't ever ever stay here!!! Ever!!! I'm a Hilton Honors member and don't mind paying a little extra for good quality and kind service. And I stay at these hotels a lot!!! But, this one is the exception!!! Customer service is 0, and it's impossible to sleep at all in this place because of the interstate right outside and no insulation!!! Please regard this review closely and don't throw away +$100 like I did to learn the hard way. This experience seriously makes me consider the future of my stays at any Hilton property!!!
Easy to get to right off the highway. Kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast items.
Excellent stay! We were traveling through from visiting family. We appreciated the cleanliness and sanitation efforts. The rooms and beds were sooo comfortable. Great value for a great price. Front staff were excellent! Loved the breakfast bags! Thank you. We will see you again!
Great place! Clean rooms and awesome breakfast. Employees are so kind and polite.
