Janice was extremely helpful. We came in late and had accidentally ordered the wrong room. She immediately helped us and moved us to another room. Very kind and pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. The curtains are pretty too. Very nice hotel. Thank you so much!
The beds were comfortable but it was midnight when we arrived into our room. But our 15 month old granddaddy was playing on the floor and picked up a bug for us to look on the floor and they were everywhere. The counter clerk called them beetle bugs even though she had not been in the room this morning. My granddaughter has bites on her back my daughter and husband on their face the clerk gave us a 25.00 discounts. I wouldn't have stayed had I been told there was bugs
It didn't have any amenities available because of covid, the service was minimal as well for that reason, it was fairly clean. Nothing wrong with my stay just not giving it 5 stars for the quality of the cheap hotel. Good for a place to rest your head but not a place I would totally relax at.
Staff was very, very nice! Room was clean and comfortable, and bed was great!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Worst hotel experience. Didn’t get any sleep because there were 3 roaches in our bed, 1 beetle and 1 spider, mold, WiFi was awful and the people working there were disrespectful. There should be absolutely NO BUGS in a room. Front desk person was saying that there are bugs everywhere in this town and you should be used to it. Don’t tell me that I am 2 blocks away from the country. Own up to your mistake. I will not be coming back. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I could give it a zero, I would.
