We were lucky to find a decent trailer here at an affordable price. The issue is the maintenance. These are older homes which will come with its share of issues, and the maintenance just shortcuts everything. Our AC freezes up weekly and they dont even bandaid the issue. We called a HVAC tech to look at it and he suggested fins be repaired in the least and that its best to be replaced. We pass the information along, and what is done? ABSOLUTELY nothing except for an electric bill almost doubling due to thisnTheir guy that works on the AC suggest we leave it off for a whole day so he can look at it(during the summer) while we have two small children and dog, and the fins aren't bad because he's seen worse... Well the HVAC tech. seemed to think differently. Very disheartening to be treated this way.
Perfect if you are the type of person that can pay your rent for the month within 3 days of receiving a bill. Because that's all the time they give you.
It's a trailer park and lots of riff raff
I live here Its a good place to live
Not friendly at all, won't rent to felons
