Very comfortable bed, beautiful Victorian home with charming furniture. Excellent homemade pastries and granola. Hands down best place to stay in Hays, KS!

This place was lovely. The bed was very comfy and the claw tub bath/ shower was a welcome sight after a long day of travel. Would definitely visit here again!

Loved it! We had the 3rd floor suite. The King bed was a Memory Foam mattress and worked well for our needs. The room was extremely clean and the hosts were helpful in their directions. Will definitely stay again

Very cute place and the bed was super comfortable. We never did meet the host, but that was fine with me. We got to have our privacy on the top floor and then come out and enjoy other guests hanging out on the porch. The location is also perfect for walking downtown and to FHSU.
