I took my ring that I didn’t purchase here in hopes that they could remove the black polish off that came on it. (Underneath is white gold) I had already taken the ring to Kuhns and they failed to remove the polish after having the ring a week! The second I walked in they were nice and willing to try to get the polish off.n10 minutes later the amazing clean/repair man Chase showed me my ring and all I could say was “I Love you” haha. They didn’t charge me and the ring looks better than it did new. Thank you so much to them. You won’t regret going here I promise you! Great service and amazing people!
I’ve been a Riddles shopper for years. My fiancé recently had her wedding set sized, and while sizing the ring they soldered the set! At the time of sizing we specifically said to wait! While this is a big mistake for us we understand that things happen. The manager reached out to us assuring that this issue will be addressed in house. She wanted us to know that she would make it right with us. I can certainly appreciate her time and her care with this situation. That conversation will ensure that we’ll continue to be customers for a long time!
