My children and I stopped in for a visit this morning to shave our heads. We had met our fundraising goal for the St. Baldrick's Foundation and followed through on our promise. Everything about our visit was first class and exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough and know where my family will go in the future. Thank you for being apart of our adventure and being so supportive!

If I could give a zero on a review, I would give this place a zero! I live out of town and I was looking for a place for my son to get a haircut before prom. Like a previous review, when I called all I got was a busy signal. So, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and just stop by. I told them I tried calling and all I got was a busy signal and sure enough, one of their phones was off the hook. Ok, that happens, fine. I asked if I could make an appointment and I was told they take walk ins only. I asked if there would be someone there until 5:00pm? I was told yes there would definitely be someone there until 5:00. I thought great, I’ll be back with my son later. I finished the shopping I had to do in Hays and came home with the intention of taking my son back to Hays when he got out of school. I did just that and we were back to Hays and to the barber shop about 4:30-4:45, still before 5:00, only to find a closed sign on the door. Needles to say, I was livid. I understand if there was an emergency or something like that, but would still expect a note on the door. So having gone into this long drawn out explanation, I would not recommend this place. They don’t seem to care if they have any customers since they don’t keep their phone on the hook and can’t keep their promises hours.
