I was worried to visit after I read the reviews but she's actually quite nice and knowledgeable. You just have to stick to precisely what you are referred there for. I only knocked off a star because she was behind and I waited an extra hour. They were nice about it though.

Dr Ottley was interested in my questions and concerns and was VERY thorough in her questioning of me about my symptoms. She spent a lot of time doing a clinical exam, as well. I was very pleased with my overall experience and I highly recommend her!

I was in the middle of a horrible 2 week cluster migraine when I had my first appointment with Dr. Ottley. She first treated my migraine and I had relief within 10 minutes. She was thorough and asked detailed, thought-provoking questions. She was clear and concise, and yes, followed a list of questions, but it's clear that is why she is so good at what she does! I am very thankful for the care I receive and the fact that she doesn't have to hide an inept ability behind a dog and pony show - she is the real deal and she doesn't need to act any different, an amazing clinician!!
