Today I went in for a Disability exam. The nurse was very nice to me and so was the doctor. Even though I am not in much pain today, she understood and was compassionate about what I was explaining to her about my back, heel spurs, and carpal tunnel when I am in pain. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and that is all that matters. It's nice to be treated like a human one in a while. Thank you so much.

I have gone to Dr. Knoll for a few years and I appreciate that she was always really quick to get me in and there was little wait time. She has always been very kind and personable, I recommend her all the time.

Declined a 100% healthy, new patient without explanation. I suspected it was due to insurance provider, since they recommended the only other authorized primary care manager for tricare in the area. Reading other comments on the money issues only reinforced my suspicion. This is the only time I have ever written a review, I was just blown away by the way they wasted my time.... first they referred me to the website to download and print the new patient paperwork (they refused to schedule an appointment without it first being reviewed), then of course I had to fill it out, drop it off, wait for a call back after the provider reviewed it, ALL just to get turned down. I have NEVER had to fill out new patient paperwork prior to appointment, you either accept new patients or you don’t! If you don’t want to deal with tricare make them take you off the manager list...

Cares more about the bottom dollar than the care and well being of her patients. Sad how the very expensive building she built is taking a front seat to helping her patients. Going somewhere else where I can get the quality care a patient needs and deserves. I gave her one star, but really it needs to be rated negatively.
