Calamari was great! They have aged steaks- nice to have that option in Hays to try them, but I didn't as they all were pretty expensive. Would like to see maybe just a regular, lower priced sirloin for those more budget conscious like me. The chicken fried steak was good and was actually thick cut real meat that was hand battered and fried. They need to fix the register though as it is charging more than the legal 8.25% sales tax.

If you get one thing here make it the green beans- I don't know exactly what they do, but there's bacon in it and some sort of syrup. They've cooked them to perfection! I enjoyed the naked burger with avocado. I wouldn't waste your time getting a side salad, I would get the green beans instead. Did I mention the green beans?

Delicious as always. Great selection of craft beers. Cozy atmosphere. Waitress was super friendly.

TRIO Tap House took me by surprise! The service was great, COVID precautions and safety measures were high, and the food was hella good. If you’re driving through town, this is definitely worth the stop. We’d recommend trying the nachos and the lemonade cocktail (careful, that delicious concoction sneaks up on ya like a Long Island iced tea).
