I recommend the blue cheese fry platter- check out the photo I posted. There were so many flavors in very bite and the fired melted in my mouth. I had exceptional service from Carolyn (she's a great waitress).

On the Rocks is a *great* restaurant masquerading as a student bar. Come in and you'll see why - the sandwiches, salads, Tuesday nachos, Friday prime rib, fry platters - they are a cut above. In many cases, they're the best in Hays. And for a very reasonable price. And the staff really busts it's backside to serve you well, even when it's crowded. Which it often is.
