The room was extra clean and the owner was very nice. We had our dog, and the neatly mowed grassy area was an added bonus. Nice flat screen tv/ Dish network. WiFi signal was just fine. I would definitely stay here again.
This was HORRIBLE!!! I called and made a reservation over the phone 4 months in advance. The owner gave me the room number and the type of room (beds) and took my information. Upon arrival the owner couldn't seem to hear or see very well. She kept saying she didn't see our reservation. I had to point out our name and number that was written in her reservation book. She then told us she didn't have any rooms and we had no place to stay. She then said she'd call us if there was a cancellation but then changed that to ... Oh I already have a wait list ...remember I made this reservation 4 months in advance! She overbooked her motel. According to the locals this is a regular habit of this owner. We had to scramble for a place to stay for two nights! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL! Can't say how the rooms are we never made it past a very elderly hard hearing poor sighted owner with Alzheimer's ... Sad...NEVER AGAIN!
I love this motel. Everyone is so nice
Wonderful service, very clean and down to earth friendly owner!
1200 per month for a run down motel room I think not they are just greedy better places in independence for less money
