I lived here in 1991 i believe. Best place I lived as far as student housing is concerned.

Living at Naismith as both a resident and an RA has been fantastic! The amount of people that I have been fortunate to know through this dorm is amazing. It's a great environment to live, learn and grow in as students head off to college. The food is great for being in a dorm and there are always so many options in the dining hall. The staff is amazing; from the managers, the desk assistants, the maintenance crew, and the house cleaning staff, everybody is always considerate and helpful.nnAdditionally, it has prime real estate right next to campus, the rec center, Allen Field House, the new School of Business building and easy bus access to campus.nnIt's an amazing and fun place to live during college.

I live in a single room and have one suite mate. I will occasionally have issues with my room or bathroom, but I have found that all the issues I have had were taken care of in a timely manner. The dining hall has really good food and I have little to no complaints on Naismith Hall.

In Naismith hall I have had a great time. The students, staffs are very nice so that we can have a good campus life at KU. One of the reasons why I chose Naismith was the campus accessibility that I can have. I really like to go to the gym and since it is really close I can walk there. From the daisy hill commons it is really far but from Naismith it is only a 2-minute walk. The dining system is really different and it is also in the same building you don’t need to go outside of your dorm to eat. It is door to door to the cafeteria. Naismith hall is the hall that I was looking for.

This is my sons first year at KU. I feel very comfortable leaving him 6 hours away. The staff is very accommodating. His room was very clean. He likes the food and safety as well. He has met some friends that he will most likely have for the rest of his life.
