Such a bad experience - the one that just cut my sons hair definitely needs to go back to school... wow not sure how you can mess up that bad and was told to cut a 4 on the sides and five on top and he ends up with about a one all over so terrible
When the app says your recommended arrival time should be 5:28 and that your spot will be held for 30 minutes from that time, don't believe it. Arriving at 5:31 automatically puts you at the back of the line at this location. Either fix the app or honor what it says. Don't think I'll come back after this, which is a shame because I usually get a good cut here.
I enjoy going here for quality haircuts and the stylists are friendly and engaging.
Just went in for a haircut. I just got back from Afghanistan and my hair has been growing since the covid pandemic. I wanted a hosmer cut with a fade on the sides. She gave me the worst Mohawk in the world. Literally just took a size 1 and buzzed my head on the sides. Worst haircut experience ever and hands down the biggest waste of 22$. I will for sure never be back.
Haircut was Ok. Not my usual place. Seemed a bit rushed. No extras offered. Did mobile sign in and wait wasnt terribly long.
