the old lady at the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. she stared blankly at me until i told her what i came in for, a drug screening. no greeting whatsoever. consider hiring someone more personable to check people in.nnnurse who was overseeing my drug screen did not tell me to not flush the toilet after i was done so i flushed it as one does after they go to the bathroom. and then was told that sample could no longer be used. they should be more clear and precise about that. it has taken 2 hours for me to pee in a cup.

I’ve had a couple misdiagnoses from here, but they are also the best in town. The staff does everything they can to ensure they are doing their job. I have tried other urgent care facilities in town just to be treated like a dollar sign or straight up trash. Prompt Care has always been my go to since they are polite and good at their jobs. Yes humans make mistakes, it happens, but this urgent care facility is pretty great!

Prompt care was excellent. We truly received prompt care. We were traveling and we’re able to be seen quickly and got back on the road right away. Dr. Eli was excellent.

Best Urgent Care in Town! Despite the current situation of COVID, the faculty remained very responsive and caring. The facility was geared for the prevention of transmission.

The name says it all! They were prompt and the care was efficient! Very friendly staff.
