As an asthmatic, it’s hard not being able to breathe properly, some days. Amy Baker at first was extremely helpful but now after 2 months, 3 phone calls and 2 voice messages left at her office, I still have not received any communication back. Poor customer service. I will not be returning or referring any patients to first med any longer.(MEGAN WRIGHT)

I have only ever seen the NPs Jessica Dalton and Amy Baker if I ever go there, but they are both super nice and good at their jobs. The new building is a lot nicer than the old building. I hope LMH and the more corporate environment that is ahead doesn't ruin their prompt and sufficient care.

My rating is not for Dr. Dunlap and his Nurse. They are both terrific and wonderful! Rating is for their front end reception. It is now cold, insensitive, non-communicative to their Dr./'Nurse, and uncaring.

The nurses and doctors are wonderful but the front desk staff, especially Michelle, are very abrupt and rude. I recommend training or replacing the receptionists.
