There's some good local Sioux paintings and cultural items. I wish there was more old photos of Wahpeton.

I visited and what a disappointment. I could have saved the time, and energy and just went to a rummage sale. It's not the art that disappointed me but the lack of enthusiasm the staff had to visitors. I received a cold welcome, and when I approach this millennial that clearly thinks art is by design of his own hair, and attitude is when I finally realized that perhaps the Red Door is not on its way up in the regional art community but has given up . He is clearly not an art curator, but a curator of himself. The Red Door Art Gallery is a beautiful idea, but just doesn't have the substance to keep it afloat. Also, it must a misprint or joke that you call yourself a museum as well as visitor center. Oh my gosh what an identity crisis!!! You need some help!
