I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Ulta which is why I rarely go to it. I went yesterday to buy some products because I had coupons come in the mail. I pulled out the coupons and the cashier said they aren’t active until a later date. She didn’t even bother to look at the coupons and only saw a glance of them. I looked at one of the coupons when I got home and it was currently active so it could have been used. The workers here always seem put out/annoyed and not willing to help customers. I will be going driving to a different towns Ulta from now on.
Absolutely amazing staff! They're knowledgeable/friendly/patient. They're ready to answer any questions you might have and make sure all of your needs are taken care of. Whether youre a beginner or an expert in the beauty department, they will put you at ease and help you look fabulous!
I had the pleasure of working here for a while and I must say, the salon team here is INCREDIBLE! Jessica Munoz, Ashley, and Tee are some of the most talented and kind people I've ever worked with. I would let ANY of them do my or my daughters hair and I have VERY high Standards.
I was a little apprehensive given covid of going inside, but they're set up quite nicely. Still lovely and helpful and I appreciate the stickers on the floor to remain 6ft apart. I also like that I can order curbside:)
Love this store. Well worth the drive from Topeka. Larger selection of products and great customer service.
