The steak my wife ordered was not cooked as ordered (med well), we had to ask for it to be cooked more. Fresh coffee (supposedly made fresh) wasn't fresh. The waitress was very nice and did a good job. The big issue we had was the special, it was Veterans Day and I was supposed to get my meal free. However, they never once said, nor did any menu or advertisement state, it had to be from a special menu, so they tried to charge me for my meal. We ended up talking to the manager. She said it was company policy. I advised her that it did not state anywhere it had to be from a special menu, so she went ahead and adjusted the price. We will probably go back some day, but it will be a while.

First and foremost. This Applebee’s is a good place to eat. I decided to do car side to go today. Took a little longer than anticipated. No napkins in the bag. And no forks. How do you expect me to eat my warm food without a fork? They almost forgot our drinks. Didn’t go well when we arrived at the park.

There were no other customers in the store, food took about 30 min to get out and fries were almost cold. Waiters came through after delivering food to provide condiments but didnt come by to provide refills or check on the meal. Also who doesnt put ketchup, may or mustard on a Cheese Burger I got a bacon cheese burger with no comdiments on it. They also didnt ask how I wanted the burger cooked which might be normal for them but overall I was not impressed and will not be returing.

In my opinion Applebees as a company has gone considerably downhill from what it was 20 years ago. And this location is true to form. The wait staff is nice enough. The manager seems helpful. When I was in there a few days ago it wasn't bad.

I use to enjoy eating here, but the last two times, the food was cold, and the wait was over 30 minutes.
