The experience was better than it had been the last several times we dined there (which has been a few months). Our server was busy but kept our drinks refilled, unfortunately we had a few glasses that accumulated on the table. The Smokehouse foods were delicious, but I only got a small bite of each because my son didn't want to share!
I would love to give Chili's a good review as their food is good (even if the portions are way too small for the price). However, we ordered delivery and didn't get all of our food. We called the restaurant and they said they couldn't help us and that we should call Doordash. We did this, and Doordash referred us back to Chili's. Anyway, we never got a refund or our food. Because of the hassle and the fact that we never got a refund or our food, I cannot give Chili's a good review.
3 for $10 is a great deal for fresh supper at home. I would give 5 stars but recently food hasn't been as good. 2 nights ago I got home with my order. After seeing it was incorrect I called the store. The manager seemed too busy to deal. First asked me to callback tomorrow. But instead got my name and number and never called back. I don't care how good your food is if you don't have quality service. Hoping for better if there is a next time.
Our orders were wrong, it took them 2 times to cook a steak then the microwaved it. It took over an hour to get my food correct and by then everyone in my party was finished eating so I didn't get to eat. We will never go to that Chili's again.
Food was good, service was pretty bad for there only being about 20 guests in the whole building. 2 of my guests didn't get there food until the rest were done. No discount and no apology.
