It takes forever at this branch! I am having to wait every day to do a work deposit way past the time I get paid to make the deposit. The people are friendly but they definitely need more staff! Its ridiculous!
I cannot thank this branch enough. Moving is hard, especially when your bank doesn't move with you. Allan helped me open my account here and gave me all my options. When I came back I decided to apply for a credit card to move existing debt I had at a credit union half way across the country. Chelsea went above and beyond (and not to mention extremely patient) to help me apply and deal with the other credit union and get my accounts in order. So thankful for you guys!
If you are an International student, I don't suggest this place. Go open your bank account somewhere that staff are knowledgable about your situation. Go open Commerce Bank account which is the best in Lawrence.nnI opened an account in this branch, and because of my visa status I asked so many questions to make sure that nothing happens to my account. They said you are fine and do not worry about anything. However, they just wanted to get the money. After two weeks they closed the account without any notice and any reasonable solution to open it again. It's been six months that I don't have access to my money and the account.
