Made 9 - yes 9 phone calls at the non-busy time over the course of an hour to try to reach someone. Let phone ring for upto 6 minutes. Only once was it answered, and only long enough to be put on hold - then disconnected. Very disturbing. Management should be shown this email - if they are THAT understaffed, then do something about it - Poor customer service.

Good location with a drive through services. Long services hours.nVery friendly staffs. Can ask question even just buying an over-the-counter medicine.
