Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Every one was nice except one guy at the front desk. I called and asked for towels at least 5 times and he kept telling me that he would bring them up. Then the washer wasn't working so we called him at the front desk again. He could've told us that the washer and dryer where leased by another company and he couldn't help us. But he literally just hung up on us. Then I tried to pay him for another night and he wouldn't let me then the next morning he came to my room where me and my daughter were sleeping banged on the door demanding payment. He was threatening and rude.

I only give it one star because I have to. If you have your family with you, DO NOT STAY HERE!! The place looks nothing like the pictures and the rooms are disgusting. We had roaches in our room. Sketchy people everywhere in the complex. People actually live there and will knock on your door asking for cigarettes. Management nowhere to be found when people letting off fireworks in the parking lot until 3:00 in the morning. Only positive was the guy working the front desk was kind. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE YOUR FAMILY WITH YOU!!!

So disappointed in this hotel. We stayed here four years ago and it was hands down one of the nicest Econo Lodge hotels we had ever stayed at. When we planned our trip to Colorado we were looking forward to staying here again. What a complete disappointment it was.nnThe hotel has gone completely down hill. It is horrid. The door had to be kicked to be opened, the curtains were broken, the HVAC unit was smashed on top (looked as if someone stepped on it) and it was rusty and filthy, the doors on the inside were in horrible shape, the bathroom wasn't even clean, and the walls were all dinged and peeling everywhere. And to add insult to injury, the bathtub filled up immediately around your ankles when you turned on the shower; which, came out at a trickle at best. And the cords, OMG the cords! It looked like Clark Griswold plugged in every single thing in the room into one power strip and it was dangling from the wall. Fire hazard?!nnWe will never stay here again. It was absolutely awful. This place obviously hasn't had an inspection by Choice Hotels in years.

Terrible. The owner took my $100 deposit because I laughed semi-permanent which means it comes out when you wash it semi-permanent hair dye on a towel and I paid for the next day and he also took my money for the next day and did not rent me a room the altogether he stole $192 ncash me for a room I stayed in for one night he is a crook. The only reason I gave him 1 * 0 is not a possibility
