DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT INSPECTIONS THEY SOLD THE PROPERTY TO ME LIKE THIS I HAVE NOT INSTALLED NOR TOUCHED ANYTHING SINCE MOVING IN READ BELOW!!nnI bought the property on January 28th of 2020. Since January 2020 it has had issues with..nnAC unit's breakers being wired incorrectly though this could be a previous tenant and had to be repaired. This was in late april.nnLate March/April my windows began leaking through the seals into my walls and inside my home and I have only just gotten around today on 7/24 to have someone come by and look out at. I do not have a lot of money so it took time and my anxiety of how much really was back there that had been ignored made delaying this even longer than it should have. My fault I agree but the initial issue was key. The seals on the windows were not treated nor covered properly so when the expanding and receding weather made the seals weaken rain poured into it.nnI got new guards which were missing and sealant over/in them installed to slow it but the damage was already bad enough. By about May I was having coughing issues but I wasn't sure what it was. Now I know.nnThis is a life lesson for me and a warning for the rest.

Easy to get to. Clean location. Landlord seems to be a fair/reasonable person.

If you have any issues they either ignore your issues or take forever to fix anything. When they do fix something in the home they don't do it to the best of their ability and you have to live with it. They didn't do anything to weather proof the house and today I am sitting here without water! They will literally hound you over every little thing but expect you to live in housing that is subpar. If you want somewhere to live where the landlords actually care do not live here.
