WORST agency!!! Not exaggerate at all, it is the WORST agency I have ever had in my life!!!! Everyone should be careful when you choose your agency! My agent there was the biggest lier, sucking all my money and DISAPPEARED at the most important time. Really upset!! Not Trustable! Everyone Be Careful!

This is a company I have had my insurance with for several years, close to a decade now, and they have ALWAYS been their for me. With all the options out there on the market, I've just never experienced anyone else that has such a customer orientated service. The larger companies are all about numbers and trying to get out of offering coverage, Allen and Purcell takes the time to offer superior customer service and explaining the ends and outs of insurance. I'm not a professional at insurance, but after communicating with them, I kinda' feel like I am now!
