Just lost a loyal customer of 10 years. Went in, put my name on the list. Rachel wasn't there, but decided to have my hair cut anyways. Waited for over an hour, and when I checked the online list, my name was removed. I called to ask why, and was promptly hung up on. I have not gone anywhere else to have my hair cut, and now will be finding another place. That is just unacceptable.
Just an amazing, professional cut, afforable, straightforward and clean. I've visited multiple barber shops on Mass and this stands out as my favorite. I've yet to receive service from any of their many providers which I'm unhappy with.
Great place for a haircut. They are popular. The staff are friendly and do a good job at cutting hair.
