Chez Sira Beauty Supply Store and African Hair Braiding Salon

After my (adult) daughter shared with me her experience in dealing with the owner of this store, I felt compelled to leave a one star review.nMy daughter was uncomfortable throughout her shopping experience because she was watched closely the whole time, then was told they only accept cash when she went to pay. Because of this, my daughter ended up posting a two star Google review. The owner states that she was bothered by my daughter and her friend because they were touching all of the products and sprayed some in the air.nBut my review does not pertain to what happened at the store. My review is about the unprofessionalism of the store owner after my daughter posted her review. After the review was posted, the owner sent my daughter a string of messages and basically told her that she has video footage of her touching all of her products and that she will be contacting a lawyer if she didn’t change or delete her review. They went back and forth, and in the end, my daughter changed her review to 5 stars because she wasn’t sure how to delete the review.nAfter I posted my 1 star review (no words were added at this time), without ever even contacting me, the business owner posted a picture with my name on her business’ social media site stating that I am bullying her and trying to ruin her business.nThis is beyond the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had with a business owner. I’m hoping she takes my photo and name down soon. Edit: She did.

Sira has been doing my hair for over 10 years She takes her time and always does an amazing job. She is professional,Keeps time and treats her customers with respect. My braids always last a long time- anywhere from 2-4 months. Book an appointment with her , you will not be disappointed.

I love that she take care of your natural hair before braiding. This would be my 3rd time getting my hair done by her and my hair has gotten thicker and it’s growing so much I love it. Thank you for your time. I love your work.
