This wonderful little homey restaurant has been a favorite of mine for over 40 years. Tonight did not disappoint! Wonderful food.

The best of the best real Mexican restaurant! They don’t change the recipes. They keep the original. Sometimes we have to wait, which is ok because they don’t hurry and compromise on the flavor. Always plenty of chips if we have to wait. They do not smother everything with cheese. Really good hot sauce, and the best beans I have ever tasted. I never get tired of going to the El Matador.

The El Matador is a family owned restaurant it has been open for a very long time and has gone through many generations of the family but besides the whole Backstory I wanted to inform you that I highly recommend you guys going and eating there and here’s why let’s start with the food it is outstanding I love it so much me and my family go their everyday Friday and more throughout the week if possible all the recipes are original and authentic and when they prep the food it is neatly organized on the plate it doesn’t look like it was just thrown on the plate and served to the costumers now on to the costumer service the waiters are very friendly and always try their best to get the food and drinks out to the costumers as quick as possible So I highly recommend you and your family going their .

Unbelievable food love the pork and amazing enchiladas. get rice and the potatoes too and dont forget about the salsa bar in the other room around the corner from the buffet line.
