Dr. Stevens’ staff is fine, but Stevens herself is very unprofessional and rude. I’ve taken a relative to appointments and worked with other places on getting her meds and a wheelchair. My relative has been upset every time after leaving. As if that wasn’t bad enough the stuff Stevens sent for her wheelchair has been wrong twice, didn’t believe the company until I saw it myself and read how condescending she was toward them, and they say she does this all the time and they’re about to stop accepting her patients because of stuff like this. I’m going to try to convince my relative to go somewhere else because she deserves better.
