My partner and I recently bought our first house. He notified Ms. Smith of the change in April in order to cancel the renters insurance policy. She stated on the phone that change would occur immediately. Three months and several calls later, we are STILL being charged for renters insurance we canceled in April.nnMs. Smith said she had no record of the request to cancel. Due to her lack of records, she would not nullify the charges.nnWe have changed providers due to her lack of responsiveness, and record keeping.

Since putting my information on the internet looking for a car insurance quote I have been called by this insurance agent 22 times since August 4 the (17 of those calls have been rejected so you think that they would get the idea)
