It's a nice little park at the trail head for the Watco trail. Its at 11th and Broadway so there is a fair amount of traffic in the area. That's the biggest downside as far as I am concerned. It's not a guge park but nicely kept and I rarely see anyone hanging out there. The trail goes southwest from the park, is paved and goes through residential neighborhoods.
