Fall, lots of bugs trying to get into a warm place. Not their fault! Just what we needed on short notice.
I give this place 2 stars ONLY because of the wonderful assistance of Brenda. Had Brenda not been one to be so kind and helpful, I would be leaving 1 star as zero isn't an option. Had to change rooms twice. First room: lady bug infestation. Second room: tv didnt work. Third room: suitable but woke up to what appeared to be a flying ant on me in bed and found one in my clothes as well when I returned home. Brenda was kind and professional about the situation which is why SHE earned the hotel 2 stars. Will NOT return though and do not suggest this place until it has been exterminated and cleaned top to bottom!
Check in took quite a long time. Room was large. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. They had signs saying people should wear masks but did not enforce it.
It is a very nice and comfortable hotel... Rooms arw spacious and clean, cleaning crew are effective and nice and smiley...
Very disappointed the hot tub did not get hot and they didnt care much. Also, failed to offer property gift, even though I'm a diamond member. The lady behind the desk was not very friendly or welcoming.
