Even with incredible staff (Yashvi) and beautiful decor, there were some issues with the stay.nnYashvi went above and beyond to ensure we got into a king room that had a tub. (So grateful)nnThe room was quite dark (no ceiling lights and 1 of the lamps had a burned out bulb). One of the bedside lamps had a malfunction and kept flickering (bulb was tight). The toilet kept running even after flushing (expect to flush 2-3x with any bulk). The water pressure was horrid (sink, shower/tub, and toilet). The outlets on the bedside tables were intermittent, there was 1 outlet on each side that was not functional.nnThe bed was a bit firm but was more plush than other locations.nnThe thermostat on the wall did not work but we were able to use the window unit.nnWe love La Quinta but this was not our usual experience.
This is a very nice, modern hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and a great location near Pittsburg State University and also Ascension via Cristi hospital, where my father passed away. I flew in from Washington State to be with him. In fact, the owners of this hotel found my Facebook profile and sent me a private message offering their condolences. Very kind.
Great Smiles and hospitality from front desk, clean rooms and environment. More than enough parking space. Accessible to shopping centers and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Stayed for almost two weeks after staying another local motel for two. Glad I switched.nOverall very good. Nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. I would have liked hot breakfast, but with Covid it was out of their control. The only gripe I have is that the do not disturb sign is confusing for a tired person. One side says TOMORROW in large print and in tiny print says please make up my room. I saw the giant print and figured it to mean come back tomorrow. Only complaint.nnFriendly staff. Updated, clean, and very pleasant experience. Great value for the price. Would recommend.
We have found a great motel when coming home to Arkansas after Denver visits. Everything perfect including very efficient and friendly staff member Diane!
