Stayed here for a month. It was nice and quiet, had all the essentials included (water, 50amp/30amp, sewer hook up)and plenty of room to maneuver and Park with level spots. The neighbors are a brand new mobile home park that's very clean and quiet.nThis use to be a mobile home park and they were actively cleaning out the old units daily and getting new sites ready. Has potential to be a very nice all new park once completed.
