Absolute horrible women. She ruined my life. My house was ruined and she refused to start a claim for me. She pushed me around and refused to listen to me. She refused to take any of my documentation or photographs or videos. It took 4 months just to get an adjuster to my house and in this time I was forced from my home. I had many professionals come to my home and the total itemized quote to repair the damages was a little over $40,000. Shelter refused to pay me for the damages and only gave me $9,500. This did not even cover the cost of a single bill to repair the damages. HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for business.
