This State Farm team goes above and beyond all expectations that is needed in making you feel involved whether it be purchasing insurance, filing a claim, or have a question and need something explained. They are the most energetic souls when speaking to them on the telephone or in person. We recently had severe weather, leaving us with damages, as well as no power for over 44+ hours. We lost all our belongings in our freezers and fridges. My father who was with us during this on oxygen and breathing treatments, was having to go to his vehicle for a breathing treatment. After messaging Jay and Stacey about what I can do, and how to do a claim, they both instantly replied reaching out, asking what and how they could help us. That feeling was the most grateful feeling ever, just knowing that others cared. That is what your insurance company should do and how they should make you feel.

I have been with State Farm for many years. State Farm has always done me right and taken care of me. With that said, Jay and his staff go above and beyond what my other State Farm agents in the past have done. Sure, we all have good relationships with our insurance agents, but when they have that personal relationship with you, THAT makes the difference. When they take interest in your family and their well being, that's what makes them above the rest. Jay and his staff are VERY friendly, VERY helpful, and most of all, they DO care about saving you the most money possible, but giving you the best coverage available. I have a teen driver with a muscle car. I KNOW Jay gave me the best rates possible to make sure the coverage would meet our needs. I will not shop any other insurance provider, I will not switch to another State Farm agent. I'm proud to have Jay and his staff taking care of all my cars and my home.

Absolutely the best service experience I've had with insurance. I was very impressed with Jay's depth of knowledge and the thorough service his office provided. He found multiple ways to improve my home and auto coverage while saving me money. I truly get the impression that this agency has my best interest in mind.

I recently switched up my insurance with the help of Jay Temaat. I had insurance for several years through another company and never really thought too much about it. Jay encouraged me to let him see what he could offer me through State Farm and I’m really glad I let him take a look. I now have double the auto coverage AND new renters insurance for less than I was paying before. The auto insurance was less on its own and by bundling it, I got a discount on the renters insurance. Jay also informed me that State Farm offers banking. Once again, I’m glad I heard him out. I now do my banking through State Farm and with Jay’s guidance, I’ve got a savings account that I think I can actually stick with! Jay was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process; he seemed genuinely interested in what the best options were for me. He made sure everything was taken care of and that I understood all of my policies. I feel good about my switch and confident that Jay will help me with absolutely anything regarding any of my insurance policies!
