The people that run this company prey on people with no renting experience. The location is horrific, the parking lot is a struggle to get in and out of, the water treatment plant is nearby so it smells somewhat strong, and it's filled with college students, which is why I feel they prey on people. I'm new to this town and they omitted all those details so I had to waste time, effort, and gas just to find out that I would be paying 579 a month for, quite possibly, the worst apartments in town. Anybody who pays over 300 a month for these is a fool.

The apartments are disgusting. They say they are cleaned before you move in but honestly believe that is a lie. Hopefully you will be placed in a unit that has had new carpeting but unlikely, as most of them don’t. The carpet is extremely worn and stained, and often smells like pets. Don’t even get me started on the outside of the complex, as I had to see trash covering the side walk everyday, including used tampons that nobody ever bothered to pick up. The trash cans at your complex are hardly emptied anyways. It states that they have a dog park, but it’s really just a fenced in piece of grass covered in dog poop because no owners ever bother to pick up the poop. The only good thing about these apartments is the room size and the cheap rent. Don’t let them sell you on the on-site laundry facilities that are secure and only for tenants, the lock code is broken. Laundry is often stolen and the facilities are disgusting. Also the apartments are located next to the water treatment plant and a highway, so it is loud and smells. I also noticed as I was moving out that there was black mold on my ceiling. So enjoy living there.

It is right across from the waste water treatment facility....it smells BAD. Not worth over $500 a month. Maybe $250.... It is in the ghetto of Pittsburg, Kansas (which happens to be in the poorest county in the state of Kansas).
