After over 15 years with this doctor I got dumped as a patient while going through a hard time financially by the very rude office manager over a $120 bill. It hurt very badly

DR. ORENDER IS GREAT....ATTENTIVE ..THOROUGH..FRUENDLY...nHOWEVER, HER RECEPTION STAFF IS HORRIBLE..... RUDE...ATTITUDE VERY CONDECENDING... I'VE SEEN DR. ORENDER FOR 20 YEARS .. HATE TO LEAVE.. BUT THESE OFFICE GIRLS ARE BAD!...

Receptionist has been rude on multiple occasions. We have had to wait for the Dr in the waiting room or examination room for long periods of time when there has been no one else there waiting. Patient customer service is just very poor.
