Dr. Koehn is one of the best. His receptionist is amazing. They provide my kids and myself with the best care. I've been going to them since I was a child he delivered all 3 of my children. They stay busy but always work me in it wait till I'm off work. They are in top of it always.

The doctor himself is nice. Thorough and attentive. His office staff however, are some of the most rude and hateful people I've ever dealt with. They refused to refill my prescription, and when I requested a copy of my medical records, WHICH I HAVE A RIGHT TO, they refused and hung up on me, multiple times. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with that nasty office staff and find another doctor.

The receptionist was not kind to me when I called to see if there were any same-day openings for my sickness. I told her my situation in which I had been vomiting non-stop and couldn’t keep anything down and her response was to schedule me for 2 days later... she said they had lots of kids with the flu and she downplayed my symptoms. I get that, but she also was rude after obtaining my name in which she judged me for not going there in two years—I rarely get sick! I told her that wouldn’t work and I was going to check on CHCSEK and she hung up on me! I did end up driving myself to CHCSEK and was diagnosed with Influenza B. Considering there was a 20-year old who recently passed from this same strain, I would hope that they wouldn’t pass someone over just because of the age. I also think there needs to be significant improvement in her communication skills and because of this I am sadly not returning there in the future.

He is the best Dr. That I've had. He treats you like a person. Dr. Koehn delivered my middle child and my last child.
