There is a lack of communication among employees and poor customer care. I paid for a pack of expired beer and called in to make a complaint. I was told to come back in with the product and they would make it right but apparently someone did not get the memo because upon arrival instead of exchanging the product or refunding me I was verbally attacked by an employee. She seriously tried to convince me that beer is still good past it’s expiration date. I did leave with my money back however, but also with a bad taste in my mouth. Both from their beer stock and lack of knowledge that the customer’s always right.nnUpdate: The owner of this store called me and made things right. I really appreciated the gesture and I will be going back.
Best prices in town. They have a point system 1 point for every dollar spent 200 points 10% off beer and wine 400 points 15% off liquor
Great staff here. Love the drive through option for when I have the kids and need to make a quick stop on the way home
Well organized, good location, and very well stocked. Friendly and helpful people, very popular and somewhat constricted when crowded. Great number of choices. Easy in and out. Larger inside than it looks like from the street.
DiVall's is my neighborhood liquor store. The moment I step into the door I'm recognized and treated like family. The ladies that work there are warm and friendly to everyone.
