Rooms were nice and clean. Service was great. Only wish there were more breakfast variety and more hot breakfast items. Had a good time will definitely be our to go place here again.
Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. COVID has put a limp in the breakfast but it's still good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I stay here when I visit DL for business. It is a newer building so its a bit nicer than say the fireside. I use the weight room which is nothing special but it does the trick. The breakfast is mediocre but you can't have too high of expectations. My room has always been clean. One time I had a staff member walk into my room while I was sleeping as there was a mix up at the front desk but that was more funny than anything. Overall not a bad place to stay.
We were extremely disappointed in our stay! Was getting things set up for bed started to make our pull out bed to sleep on pulled the spare pillows and blankets out and noticed blood all over our pillows. Called the front desk she was said sorry about that i will bring more up to your room. She came to my room i said i don't know if these are even washed or just stained she said they are definitely not washed! Later then I noticed there was blood on the floor as well. I am not so sure we will be staying here again.
Stayed here many times. Had a little bit of an issue with my last visit but the manager was able to fix the issue quickly. I will for sure be staying here again.
