We used to stay at another establishment in town but failed to reserve early enough one year and ended up “having” to stay at this place. We never looked back due to all the amenities for the same price and closer to our hunting area.nStaff should be in the circus because of how far they bend to assure customer satisfaction!nAnyone who had a bad stay at this hotel really worked at it!
Room was super nice and clean. Spacious bathroom. Very modern hotel. Would definitely recommend. Its the best hotel here in Devils Lake, ND. Only downfall was no kitchen so no hot breakfast.
Absolutely the worst check in experience ever. I would be writing a book if I try to explain everything on here. All I will say is that I will never book with this hotel ever again. Book at your own risk. I give this place 2 stars (1 star for the cleanliness and 1 star for breakfast).
The carpet was so dirty that it turned my kids feet black, not to mention the smell that came from it. I don't believe my room was ever properly cleaned before my arrival because there were used complimentary essential in the the bathroom, and leftover food in the fridge.
We had a bad first night due to the hygiene of the room. However they fix it quickly and moved us to another room and our stay was more comfortable.
