Had 2 teeth removed yesterday. During the procedure the doctors hand slipped and managed to stab the inside of my throat with her extraction tool leaving a large gash. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. It was still bleeding at this point.They had only prescribed me tylenol for my pain so I called to see if they could give me something stronger for the excruciating pain I had been in all night from The damage she had caused my throat. The receptionist told me they could if I came back in to be seen. So I made the 1 1/2 hr trip back to their office only for the doctor to REFUSE to admit she caused the damage to my throat and REFUSE to give me pain medicine. The entire staff acted beyond unprofessional and I would STRONLY advise against using them for any dental procedures unless you want to risk them hurting you and then not doing their job to rectify the situation. I am also strongly considering taking legal action against them. No one who acts this way should still be in practice.
