2nd trip to Concordia, and once again Betsy is stellar! Can't imagine eating anywhere else. The rooms and beds are great, plenty of hot water. Takes care of me and my friends like my grandma would!

This place is awesome, miss Bessey is the hardest working lady you will ever see, and makes you feel like you are in your on house. The food oh my I can't say enough about that best food I've ever eaten, and if you go there brag on blue Bell ice cream and she will give you some of her homemade that blue bell would kill for... Everything is awesome when you say at Kansas Creek in with miss Bessie...
Spectacular! Betsy will run circles around the kitchen, I am extremely picky when it comes to food. Would stay here forever! I was part of a hunt with Kansas Creek Gamebirds and she made our lunch as well, awesome cookies! And when she somehow finds time, she makes soap to take home as well!
Excellent place and Betsy is a marvelous host that goes above and beyond! Breakfast was outstanding!
