The Dr. Deffenbaugh himself is good, but the office staff are not. They only billed one of my two insurances, and the mistake was caught too late, costing me $600.

Dr Deffenbaugh has treated both my husband and me. We both like him very much. He takes the time to listen, ask questions, & try to get to the root of the problem. He has given us much more info than anyone else did about my husband's condition. Highly recommend him.

The doctor may be good, but over the phone his staff is in need of help, On my first visit I sat 45 minutes in a room after talking with them andnNow they will not let me have my test results until my bill is paid in full.

My family DR. sent me to Dr. Deffenbaugh for a PREVENTIVE screening. Before the screening I contact my insurance to make sure there would be no charge to me. Insurance said there would be no out of pocket expense to me since this was a PREVENTIVE screening. Dr. Deffenbaugh took it upon him self and changed it to a DIAGNOSTIC screening. By doing this I am now being charged over $1850.00. Nothing at all had to be changed during the screening. Preventive or Diagnostic screening are exactly the same. This is a rip off and I will not use him or 4 state Ortho again. My insurance company and my family Dr. both contacted Dr. Deffenbaugh and he refused to change it back to what was originally ordered by my Dr.
